The exercise book 'Anschluss finden Deutsch 2 - Grundlagentraining' is designed for language support, differentiation in class, or for individual learning or homework. Children who still show insecurities in their oral expression or need support in dealing with the lesson contents of their respective class level can train basic knowledge of the German language and writing through a spiral curriculum. 'Anschluss finden Deutsch 2 - Grundlagentraining' contains exercises for grade 2 in the written competence areas of German lessons: reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and writing texts. It is integrative, meaning the starting point for working on the competence areas are simple texts in different text types.

'Anschluss finden Deutsch 2 - Grundlagentraining' consists of a reading booklet (32 pages) and a workbook (64 pages). The workbook can only be used with the reading booklet and contains a page on the written learning areas for each text in the reading booklet. This book builds on and continues with 'Anschluss finden Deutsch I und II - Wortschatztraining' and 'Willkommen in Deutschland I und II'.
