Elektrohydraulik

In many machines, the hydraulic drive elements are switched electrically. The hydraulics take over the power flow and the electrics the signal flow. The interaction of both technologies is increasingly placing demands on the construction and maintenance of such systems. Even the 'metal worker' must become familiar with simple relay or contactor controls. That is the aim of this series of exercises. The appendix also deals with the more advanced technology of ekectronically controlled propotional hydraulics. 12 experiments and circuits: - Measurement of the pull-in force of an actuating solenoid - Extension of a cylinder at the push of a button - Signal storage by electrical self-holding - Feed control with defined start prerequisite, - Control with any intermediate stop - Pressure-dependent reversal - Circuit with neutral circulation, - Travel and pressure-dependent sequence control - Rapid traverse feed circuit - PLC - Proportional valve technology.
