Product details

Klaus E. Spieldenner gained attention in 2017 with "Elbtod" - the first crime novel about the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie. Born in 1954 in Völklingen, Saarland, the author began writing in 2013 out of creative boredom. "Elbfinsternis" is now the sixth Hamburg crime novel in his series featuring Commissioner Sandra Holz, published by CW Niemeyer. Readers appreciate Spieldenner's extensive research and the incorporation of real stories. During readings, the 64-year-old author and musician captivates guests with experiences from his in-depth investigations, as well as with his own songs that complement the plots of his crime novels. Klaus E. Spieldenner lives with his wife Ingrid in Bad Oldesloe. They have two adult children and a small grandson.
