Einstieg ins Smartphone - eine Anleitung

Taking and sending photos, booking hotel rooms online, retrieving messages, or chatting – our everyday life is increasingly taking place digitally. However, the variety of options can be overwhelming for inexperienced users. In the smartphone consultation sessions, young people explain what WhatsApp, Google accounts, or Wi-Fi are all about and answer questions in a relaxed setting. This is now also available as a brochure for reading and trying out. Over 72 pages, the basic functions and settings of smartphones are explained, information on security and data protection is provided, instructions on how to install and use messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) are shown, various messengers are compared, and useful apps are recommended. The authors have incorporated their experiences from their offerings for seniors (Smartphone consultation by youngcaritas Dortmund and Frag Moritz, Freiburg) into the creation of the brochure. The brochure contains numerous illustrations, and a comprehensive appendix explains all technical terms.
