Police intervention law is the right of the police to take measures that may interfere with fundamental rights; it is - in accordance with the fundamental rights functions of defence, protection and cooperation as well as participation - not only intervention law, but also preservation law and enabling law. This casebook offers police intervention law cases with schematically-systematically structured solutions and hints for solutions from all possible areas of an undergraduate and graduate course in intervention law. This includes cases in the form of chronological presentations of the facts, excerpts from files, additional tasks and holistic solutions with reference to the facts and legal norms in a professional application-related and expert decision-making style - including additional explanations at decision-relevant points in the case processing on terms, forms, contents of the intervention law of the police.
