Einführung in die Theaterpädagogik an der Schule

This work deals with a field that has rapidly developed over the past few decades: theater education. Special attention is given to the areas of impact of theater educational processes as well as to a school context. In addition to explanations of opportunities for personal development, aesthetic education, and societal learning processes through theater education, there is also an exploration of the subject matter of theater itself. "Theater in Schools - Why, for what purpose, and how?" could be formulated as a guiding thread of the work. Finally, an interview was conducted on these topics with a professional theater educator, which connects some theoretical approaches with personal experiences, thus bridging the gap from the abstract to the concrete.
