Einführung in die Sprechwissenschaft

In this introduction, linguistics is presented as an academic subject and as an applied science. It focuses on the sub-disciplines of phonetics, rhetoric and the art of speech in its subject-specific form and in its transdisciplinarity to other natural sciences and humanities. Building on the foundations and framework conditions of linguistic thinking and working methods, the subject matter, technical understanding, basic concepts, theories and models, levels of analysis as well as research methods and perspectives are discussed.
