Einführung in den Kinderschutz

Many children rely on adults who can recognize the often unconsciously sent alarm signals in daycare, school, etc., and then act appropriately. However, content related to child protection has not yet been integrated into the studies of social work, educator training, or teacher education. This book aims to fill this gap and provide (future) professionals and educators with foundational knowledge about child protection. Understanding and categorizing children's behaviors as alarm signals for experiences of violence will be explained through experience-based examples. Additionally, the protective mandate will be presented in the context of the legally framed role within the educational profession, which also includes the implementation of an institutional protection concept.
