Ein Reifegradmodell für die Implementierung von Unternehmens-BI-Systemen

This book draws new attention to Business Intelligence by presenting a comprehensive and reliable maturity model for companies that is systematically and methodically structured. In the age of data explosion, companies place great importance on systematic management of business information. To this end, there are various Business Intelligence models, but their reliability is questionable due to the limited focus on technical aspects. The authors introduce an Enterprise Business Intelligence Maturity (EBIM) model and assess relevant issues using the Delphi technique. The development of the EBIM model took into account three dimensions: process, technology, and organization. Experts and practitioners from both academia and industry will benefit from the work presented here.
