Product details

This work envisions a continuity of different forms of life, thereby further developing a classic pragmatic idea in an extremely original way. Gendlin unfolds a non-dual understanding of body, feeling, and language, exploring the complex richness of experience and the creative space of its articulability. In eight chapters, the author develops the complexity of a behavioral space along the characteristics of body-environment interaction, from which an even more complex symbolic space emerges. An explicative understanding of methods manifests itself, moving beyond the descriptive standpoint and thus also challenging a traditional understanding of inside and outside, subjective and objective. In this way, the creative process establishes its own language. A process model opens new perspectives regarding the philosophical and cognitive.
