Incapacity for work and back pain are not only an economic cost factor but also significantly limit the quality of life and health resources of those affected. Even in a corporate setting, we often observe a high misallocation in the initiated programs. Efficient measures in occupational health management greatly benefit from optimal allocation (participation). Based on device-supported back training, the author presents the results of a study that scientifically demonstrates the efficiency and success of health measures taken directly at the workplace. So far, more than 3,400 employees in various companies have been convinced by these offerings. This systematic approach has succeeded in significantly reducing the number of workdays lost due to back pain.
