Off-The-Rokket

Images can open up spaces where words close them. Bodies can convey content where theories hit their limits. Pin-ups can be a tactic where labels get in the way. OFF-THE-ROKKET is a queer pin-up project by Yori Gagarim that publishes a selection of explicit drawings (mostly of nearly naked) diverse bodies about ten times a year. It was inspired by the feminist magazine An.schlägen from Austria, where the pin-ups are regularly printed as a fixed column. This book not only showcases many of the already known works but also includes a number of exclusively drawn portraits that will make hearts race. Following Yori Gagarim's first book "Let them talk! What genitals have to say about gender," which exclusively portrayed and interviewed genitals, this book "OFF-THE-ROKKET (Queer) Pi" continues the exploration.
