Product details

Chris Carter was born in 1965 in Brazil to Italian immigrants. He studied forensic psychology in Michigan and worked for six years on the psychology team of the prosecutor's office. He then moved to Los Angeles, where he pursued a career as a musician. Chris Carter currently lives in London.

In Los Angeles, the body of a beautiful woman is found, tortured to death and brutally mutilated. There are no clues, except for a cross carved into her neck, a devil's mark: the signature of an executed serial killer. Detective and profiler Robert Hunter quickly realizes that the Crucifix Killer is alive. He continues to murder in spectacular ways and is always one step ahead of Hunter - because he knows him well. Too well.
