The book describes tools that allow firearm carriers from the military, police, and even private individuals to train their perception and mental stability. A focus of the book is dedicated to the area of tactics and the application of the four fundamental tactical principles: movement, cover, distance, and communication. Furthermore, the book aims to convey to the reader that the material aspect, the equipment, does not hold the significance that is commonly attributed to it. While Gabriel Suarez addressed the readership in the first edition, Paul Howe, another heavyweight from the US training scene, has been secured as the foreword author for the second edition. Henning Hoffmann is regarded as a long-time expert in the shooting training scene in both the USA and Europe.
