Love's Anatomy

When love goes under the skin. Never show weakness – this has long been the motto of 26-year-old Leevke. After completing her medical studies and a residency in orthopedics, she finds herself in Hamburg without an apartment and has to take a job in the trauma surgery department of the renowned Marie-Schiller Clinic due to financial constraints. There, despite the rough demeanor in the male-dominated department, she fights for the fate of every patient. Her superior, Veith – the attractive son of the clinic's director – seems to care more about the clinic's finances. Leevke especially wants to hide from him that she herself suffers from the consequences of a previous accident. The pain in her wrist makes every surgery a challenge...
