This study examines the shareholding structures of companies in Switzerland and determines the relevance of concentrated shareholdings, in which a shareholder or group of shareholders has sufficient participation to control the board of directors. Cette étude examine ensuite l'organisation des sociétés à l'actionnariat concentré et leurs enjeux de gouvernance, en particulier la protection des actionnaires minoritaires.
