This collection of texts brings together the most important sources in the field of commercial law, complemented by those of financial market law. The new edition includes, in particular, the amendments to the revision of the law of companies anonyme of 19 June 2020 and the law on the fight against the abusive use of bankruptcy of 18 March 2022, the revised ordinance on the register of commerce, and the ordinance on the duties of disclosure and transparency in matters of minerals and metals originating from conflict zones and child labour, as well as the ordinance on the report on climate and climate change, both adopted following the acceptance of the counter-project indicated in the "Responsible Business Initiative.".
