Doppelstunde Basketball

Basketball has become an integral part of our school and club sports scene. The interest from students and teachers in this sport is therefore very high. Based on a game-oriented concept, the double lesson demonstrates how the sport can be successfully taught from grade 5, even under challenging conditions. Step by step, technical and simple tactical elements are integrated to impart the skills needed for the 5-on-5 game. The book contains six practice units each for lower, middle, and upper grades. The practice units are designed for an 80-minute timeframe and can be used with minimal effort for lesson and training preparation. The book is of interest to anyone working with 10 to 19-year-olds.
