Training participants often face challenges when creating their case documentation for the licensing exams: What structure should be used, which aspects should be elaborated on or summarized, and how can therapy progress be clearly described? This book contains a collection of case documentation from the adult sector that has been recognized as examination cases and positively evaluated by the examination boards. Additionally, case documentation from the University of Bern is included, which has been submitted as part of the continuing education program 'Master of Advanced Studies in Psychotherapy with a focus on Behavioral Therapy.' Both types of case documentation serve as model cases and templates designed to provide competent assistance to training participants in documenting their own cases.
