What happens to their faith when people develop dementia? Do even faithful Christians forget what has shaped and supported their lives for many years? And does God forget the sick, no longer protect them, no longer guide them, and no longer speak to them? Tim van Iersel has spent many years accompanying people with dementia on behalf of the Protestant Church while also teaching at the University of Kampen.
