Documenta City Kassel – here, every five years, artists and visitors from around the world come together for the largest exhibition of contemporary art. But it's not just the documenta that attracts visitors. At Wilhelmshöhe, the Landgraves once created a unique park landscape that is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. The famous water features are an annual attraction during the summer months. Moreover, the North Hesse metropolis, with its over 1100-year history, has much more to offer.
