Distance Education:

The book "Distance Education" by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing offers a comprehensive analysis of existing approaches to providing distance education and their impact on student satisfaction at Jigdan College in Addis Ababa, as well as at selected regional centers. The study is based on a survey of 470 students who were selected using simple random sampling. The results show that students are satisfied with the services offered and that this satisfaction has a positive impact on their learning experience. Furthermore, the study examines how demographic factors such as gender, ethnicity, and semester of study influence student satisfaction and the quality of services. The empirical findings provide valuable insights into the relationships between age, satisfaction, and service quality, which are significant for the further development of distance education offerings.
