The four-color Activity Book with 56 pages and a student Audio CD provides children with a lively and versatile approach to language. The booklet reinforces all language skills: listening comprehension tasks for individual words as well as for overall understanding. Partner interviews and many speaking tasks increase the speaking time in the lesson. Reading is practiced from single words to complete sentences. Tips encourage children to look up words in the thematic word list. Writing tasks guide children from copying individual words to copying entire sentences and finally to "freely" adapting texts. Puzzles, poster creation, word webs, crosswords, and many other task formats motivate children. "Check your English" pages at the end of each chapter assess vocabulary with simple tasks.
