Discovering English is a language trainer designed for children aged seven and up. In short, self-contained units wrapped in entertaining and exciting stories, children will playfully learn their first words and sentences in English. The language trainer consists of a book with an included audio CD and has eight chapters. Each chapter contains 10 tracks or subunits. At the end of each chapter, there are easy-to-solve quiz pages. The entire audio material is also available as a free MP3 download, allowing it to be used on smartphones or tablets, among other devices.

Content: The children spend a day in the USA with a native friend, playfully learning their first words and sentences in English. They learn cool phrases, songs, and a lot about the travel destination—even if they cannot read yet. Asking questions, counting, greeting in a foreign language—all of this is packaged in an exciting story. The narration is primarily in German, with individual words or short sentences in the foreign language playfully conveyed from child (the protagonist of the course) to child (the reader/listener). The language course is ideal for home or vacation and guarantees fun for both young and old.
