The seventh volume of the annual series 'Economic Law Switzerland - EU' provides an overview of developments in EU economic law in 2011 and their significance for Switzerland. The most important legal acts of the Union's institutions and rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union are summarized and commented on from a Swiss perspective in a concise manner.
