The third volume of the annual series 'Economic Law Switzerland - EU' provides an overview of developments in community economic law in 2007 and their significance for Switzerland. The most important legal acts of the community institutions and rulings of the European Court of Justice are summarized in a brief and concise manner and commented on by experts from a Swiss perspective. The commentary addresses the corresponding legal developments in Switzerland, their compatibility with European law, and the necessity and significance of a potential adoption of community law.
