The newly established series 'Economic Law Switzerland - EU' provides an annual overview of current developments in community economic law and their significance for Switzerland. In a brief and concise manner, the most important legal acts of the community institutions and judgments of the CJEU from the previous year are summarized and commented on by competent experts from a Swiss perspective. The commentary addresses the corresponding legal developments in Switzerland, their compatibility with European law, as well as the necessity and importance of a potential adoption of community law. The series is particularly aimed at lawyers and economic and administrative jurists, serving as a compact source of information and reference work.
