• The conference proceedings contain the central articles of the 7th Corporate Criminal Law Days. The conference dealt with fundamental issues and the latest developments in corporate criminal law in the European Union. The articles examined the topic from three different perspectives: the supplementation of individual criminal law with corporate fine law against "economic entities", "gatekeepers" and other innovative liability subjects, the integration of criminal, civil and administrative sanctions into an overall concept of sanctioning and criminal liability and compliance within the group.
