The second edition of the DIKE Commentary on the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) has also been well received by courts, the legal profession, and academia; in court decisions and newly published literature, the commentary is regularly cited as a primary reference.

This new edition of the DIKE Commentary on the ZPO

• carefully processes the case law from the Federal Court and the cantons that has emerged since the last edition,

• takes into account the changed legal situation (particularly the current ZPO revision aimed at improving practicality and legal enforcement, which will come into effect on January 1, 2025), and
