DiKE Evaluation der Bundesrechtspflege

The new federal legal system came into effect on January 1, 2007. In response to the Pfisterer postulate from June 21, 2007, the Federal Council commissioned two external working groups to conduct an evaluation. One working group, which included the Competence Center for Public Management at the University of Bern, Interface Political Studies, and the University of Zurich, produced a comprehensive effectiveness study. Additionally, a project team from the University of Zurich examined whether and, if so, in which areas there are still gaps in legal protection following the revision of the federal legal system. The present volume of the ZfR contains a summary of the first study as well as the full text of the second. Also included are the report published by the Federal Council in the Federal Gazette and a statement from the Federal Court.
