DiKE Corporate Governance in Family Offices

Asset management has been undergoing significant changes for years. Numerous legal innovations and an increasing density of regulations in financial market law are sustainably transforming the Swiss financial center. Investor protection and the strengthening of corporate governance are central focuses of this international development. The private wealth management sector, often regarded as the pinnacle of the industry, must also adapt to this new market environment. This work examines the complexity and challenges of corporate governance in a single family office. It discusses various organizational structures, exploring both design options and alternative concepts of corporate governance.
