Digitalität und Ambiguität

In the search for connection to the opportunities associated with digitalization, welfare associations and social work institutions are advancing digitalization initiatives and implementing them with limited financial and personnel resources. This volume examines the structural and cultural changes associated with this, as well as socio-technical and psychosocial innovations, and analyzes the dynamics and ambivalences of organizational digitalization processes in the social sector. Various concepts of ambiguity, tension, and contradiction are employed and discussed in terms of their respective explanatory power.
