Digitalisierung und deren Folgen für das Personalmanagement

The focus of the 16th Symposium on Human Resource Management in the Public Sector and this conference proceedings is the question of what impact digitalization has on human resource management. Digitalization presents new demands on employees; job content, tools, and forms of work are changing. The transformation triggered by digitalization in administrations must be prepared and accompanied by human resources offices and representatives, line managers, and digitalization experts. During the symposium, digitalization trends were highlighted, problem areas identified, and challenges and solutions for human resource management presented, which are documented in detail in this publication.
