What significance does "digital sovereignty" have in an increasingly digital world? This question is explored in the volume that emerged from the DVPB's autumn conference in 2022. The authors provide definitions in the first part of the volume to evaluate points of connection as well as friction for political education. The second part examines politics and educational policy, as well as their responsibility for digitalization in schools and teaching. The third part addresses practical educational questions and examples. The ideas and prompts presented can also inspire educational practitioners in their own work.
