Through competence orientation for sustainable learning Topographical knowledge and the use of map and atlas are the focal points of sustainable learning in the orientation level for the competence area Spatial Orientation. The 28-page colour workbook offers students the opportunity to practise the necessary knowledge and skills and to secure them permanently. Starting with an introduction to the use of atlas and map, the booklet guides the students to the next section: the work atlas. It offers assignments on basic topographic knowledge about Germany, Europe and the world. With the help of an examination sheet, everyone can test their knowledge. After a successful examination there is of course a certificate. All necessary maps and references are included in the booklet. The conception of the contents is based on the standards for the area of competence.
