The new upper-level geography volume for grammar schools and comprehensive schools - in line with the subject requirements in Schleswig-Holstein - continues the new textbook series.

Learning to shape the present and future of the earth sustainably! The subject maxim in the sense of the Sustainable Development Goals continues to form the central theme of the book.

What is new is the focus on the basic geographical concepts. The ways of thinking of the subject ensure an even more intensive examination of the respective topics as well as a better and structured understanding of the subject.

In the spirit of independent and self-organised learning, more projects and project-type tasks are offered - as required by the subject requirements. Highlighted in colour, they also offer worthwhile material and points of reference for the newly introduced profile seminar 'Sustainability' in the qualification phase.
