The present study found that, with the exception of the humanity of care, the other standards of service delivery directly determine client satisfaction and significantly influence the overall level of satisfaction derived from health facilities. Clients' points of dissatisfaction are affected by the time it takes for them to travel from home to health facilities, as well as the means of transportation used for this journey. The costs associated with hiring transportation also impact this index, along with the payment for services, waiting times for services, and the level of healthcare received (whether good or satisfactory). The physical and environmental facilities were visually appealing, the care process was well communicated, appropriate information was provided, and there were labels in various locations throughout the different departments of the health facility. Artificial intelligence was used in the translation of this book.
