At a school in London, there is only one topic of conversation among Nick and his friends: the computer game Erebos. The game has strict rules. No one is allowed to talk about it. Nick quickly becomes addicted to the game. Erebos seems to know everything about him and gives him tasks that Nick must also carry out in the real world. Then suddenly, a very strange task comes up: "It's about Mr. Watson, your English teacher. You will go to the restroom during the first break tomorrow. There, in the last stall, you will find a small bottle. Take the bottle and pour its contents into Mr. Watson's thermos. But he must not notice! And above all: make sure no one sees you!" Erebos won the German Youth Literature Prize in 2011. The book is a modern classic. It shows why computer games are so popular, but also the dangers that can arise from playing them.
