Product details
Since 1981, over 190 volumes have been published in the series on environmental law. The writings on environmental law have been comprehensively and consistently up-to-date for over 30 years, accompanying the development of modern German and European environmental law—almost since the establishment of environmental law as an independent legal field in Germany—through the publication of monographs and anthologies with a focus on environmental law. The series covers all areas of environmental law and goes beyond public law issues. It also includes topics related to civil and criminal law, as well as international and European law. The editor of the series is Prof. Dr. Michael Kloepfer from Humboldt University in Berlin.
