Die Torah

This Torah edition provides a Jewish translation for a wide audience. The translation combines the classic translations of Rabbi Heymann Arnheim and Rabbi Sachs with modern translation approaches. Additionally, this edition frequently references and corrects the translation by Rabbi Samson Raphael Hirsch (1808-1888). Many parts of the text are accompanied by detailed commentaries that explain concepts such as the "eye for an eye" principle or the Tower of Babel, and they offer insights into Rashi's Torah commentary.
