Product details

Fresh impulses for interactive preaching! The Time-out method is an engaging and varied preaching approach that can be used across all age groups. The classic impulse (devotion, sermon, etc.) is interrupted (time-outs), allowing participants to express their thoughts, experience details, react, take action, and thus transform from listeners into actors. This method is suitable for all staff members. Its application range is vast, extending from an extensive devotion (e.g., during a retreat) or a complete group session or Bible study to a missionary sermon at an event and even to the classic Sunday service. Both volunteer and full-time staff can utilize this varied preaching method in their work. Attendees become actively involved participants, with practical examples for possible time-outs, including five complete templates. It is suitable for working with children, confirmation students, youth, and (young) adults.
