With which attitude do I meet other people? Our life experience shows that at the core it depends on the inner attitude with which you face challenges. This also applies to the systemic consultant: it is not only about learning and applying certain techniques and methods. For fields of work such as psychotherapy, consulting, coaching and organisational consulting, it is therefore important to explore the possibilities: What is hidden behind the systemic attitude? How can it be described theoretically and learned practically? How can it be used in consulting practice to be effective? In twelve chapters, the aspects of the systemic attitude are explained to the consultant. As a core competence it is the starting point for the application of the methods.
