As a complement to the classic 'The Most Beautiful Hikes with Dogs in Upper Bavaria', this new dog hiking guide focuses on the greater Munich area, spanning from Moosburg in the north, Markt Schwaben in the east, Herrsching in the west, and the Taubenberg in the south.

The 38 predominantly easy hikes are selected to ensure that our beloved four-legged friends can enjoy themselves away from busy standard routes. Access to water plays an important role in the selection of the routes, whether it be a dog-friendly swimming lake, a stream, or a hidden pond.
