Die richtige Ernährung bei Rosacea
German, Sonja Vogler, 2020Product details
How you can stop your rosacea with the right diet! Red cheeks are often seen as a sign of health, indicating that one is active and spends a lot of time outdoors. However, when the red cheeks do not fade, and perhaps small blood vessels become visible along with little bumps, rosacea could be the cause. This chronic inflammatory skin condition primarily occurs in Celtic types with rather pale skin.
When you look in the mirror, you see red, sometimes inflamed areas, and blood vessels that won't calm down. Despite applying creams and maintaining thorough cleanliness, the redness does not disappear. The skin is permanently inflamed, irritated, and often can only be covered with suitable cosmetics. Despite intensive treatment methods, relapses occur regularly, manifesting as flare-ups. As with other inflammatory diseases, the underlying cause of the inflammation should be gently and permanently addressed. This is often only achievable through a suitable dietary change. This relieves the body and enables it to effectively cope with inflammatory processes on its own. Thus, holistic relief can occur, which, with consistent application, is likely to last a long time.
What happens in the skin? In the affected areas, immune cells migrate in and then release certain signaling substances. This causes the blood vessels to dilate, leading to the redness. Inflammation increases. As a result, the cells of the connective tissue and sebaceous glands divide more frequently, leading to thickening of the skin. Inflammatory processes continuously fuel the symptoms. Therefore, it is essential to combat these recurring inflammations.
In cases of larger, knot-like skin changes, surgery for removal may be necessary. The focus is on providing a gentle, natural influence on the affected individual, without side effects.
