Based on the three pillars of anarchism (federalism, socialism, godlessness), Bakunin describes here the theory and necessary practice of anarchism in his time. A hidden gem for subversive philosophy. It is one of Bakunin's major works. The text was created in late 1867 and is part of those works in which Bakunin attempted to give a definitive form to his ideas. Unlike similarly themed "fundamental" writings by Bakunin—such as 'The State and Anarchy' or 'God and the State'—this text has only been published in excerpts in German until now. As one of Bakunin's more intensive theoretical elaborations, this text holds great significance.
