Once again, the clever Mr. Frog is visited by the other animals, who ask him all sorts of questions and riddles. This time, two turtles present him with a really tricky riddle about prime numbers, specifically about "twin primes." Mr. Frog ponders this complicated mathematical phenomenon until he finally falls asleep from exhaustion. However, the riddle continues to occupy his mind even in sleep, and Mr. Frog experiences some exciting yet confusing numerical adventures in his dream, free from the constraints of space and time, until the turtles finally relieve him from the riddle. Twin Primes was born when the author Jan Egesborg had a conjecture about a current mathematical problem on a sleepless winter night. He had this idea examined by scientists at Aarhus University in Denmark, and it turned out to be valid. While the mathematicians worked on proving this conjecture in the summer of 2016, the children's book was simultaneously created. The first edition sold out in Denmark within a month.
