Die Potsdam-Verschwörung

With his friend, Nuguse had traveled for nineteen and a half hours on a Kenya Airways Boeing 737-800 to reach Berlin. It was fortunate that both received job offers from a large printing company in Potsdam without having previously applied. They owed this to Martin Vogelsang, who was working on behalf of the HVA at the East German embassy in Maputo and advising Mozambique's counterintelligence. During his assignment, on October 19, 1986, the Mozambican government plane, a Tupolev Tu-134A-3, crashed while flying from Mbala Airport in Zambia to Maputo over the territory of the Republic of South Africa. Among the deceased passengers was the Mozambican President Samora Machel. After Machel's assassination, Vogelsang met the detective Samuel Berhane. Together, they worked on investigating the case. This developed into a friendship that allowed his son Nuguse and Alem Manuel Diogonis to start their work in Germany. However, Diogonis did not come to improve his German or to earn money. The revenge of a son who wants to avenge his father, brutally murdered in 1986 - eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth - begins with a murder that threatens to end in a catastrophe. The plot and the terrorist background of this crime novel, as well as the characters, are entirely fictional and completely invented, except for those who are historical figures. However, the crimes that occurred in the relationships between East Germany and Mozambique before 1990 are detailed and correspond to the facts.
