Die Pilates Elements Methode

The holistic body and health training "the Pilates Elements Method" is based on the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Many people struggle to maintain a specific diet or successfully integrate certain physical activities into their daily lives. Perhaps the chosen form of movement or nutrition simply does not align with their constitution type. Andrea Frey describes the five elements – Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water – and the corresponding constitution types in relation to everyday life and physical activity: fascia training (Wood), functional training (Fire), the Pilates Elements Method (Earth), classical Pilates (Metal), and insights from TCM (Water).
