Product details
For more than ten years, you have had the opportunity to take the notarial examination, which is often the decisive prerequisite for access to the notary's office! The professional and examination requirements that this 'third state examination' places on candidates are often greatly underestimated. In addition, many candidates have not sat the last state law examination for many years and therefore lack examination experience. You can expect: . four five-hour written examinations in various subject areas . a short presentation of the case file to the examination board with an in-depth discussion, and . a subsequent multi-part examination. a group examination discussion lasting several hours Commercial and company law is - as previous experience with the notarial examination shows - both unloved and feared by many candidates as a 'problem subject'. This work is intended to remedy this. In addition to an overview of the content of the catalogue of commercial, corporate and procedural law, it also contains many didactic and interdisciplinary methodological and examination tactical tips as well as two auto-evaluation sheets. It should be emphasised, however, that this is not a compendium of the entire corporate law; this would have clearly exceeded the available scope. The author always incorporates the wishes and experiences of the readership, which has in the meantime successfully completed the examination. For practical practice, this work is equipped with a sample exam for each of the sub-areas 'Commercial Register A', 'Commercial Register B' and the main area 'Fundamentals of the UmwG and Fundamentals of the AktG', sample brief lectures on files as well as typical question constellations for the oral group examination. The aim was to support the most authentic exam preparation possible. The author has many years of experience as a presiding examiner in the assessor's examination, as a course leader of workshops preparing for the examinations and the file presentation in the oral examination, and as a lecturer in notary training and further training.
