This supplement updates the existing Berner Kommentar Update on Articles 11-27 of the Swiss Civil Code. The supplementary edition, edited by MLaw Sandra Feller-Hadorn and MLaw Tina Hediger-Sörensen, contains an update of the case law that has been published since the publication of the last supplementary edition. Federal Court decisions as well as decisions from cantonal practice were taken into account and assigned according to the structure of the Berne Commentary. The case law for the 3rd supplementary edition was taken into account until May 2019. The basic works are regularly updated and updated with supplementary deliveries.
